Léa’s bag

Léa’s excited to dance barefoot with her friends. And she won’t be skipping the morning yoga session!

Hydratation

For a worry-free trip, stay hydrated.

It’s important to stay hydrated during a festival, especially if you’re getting sun exposure. As well, if you’re using drugs, staying hydrated helps prevent heatstroke, bad trips and nausea. You can bring a water bottle to fill on site at a water station. If not, bring money to buy one on site.

Drugs

For a good high, get ready ahead of time.

If you decide to use drugs during the party, find out more about the drugs you plan to take and bring with you the materials you need.

Prevention

The internal condom: an effective prevention tool.

An internal condom is a condom with a flexible ring inside, which facilitates insertion and holds the condom in place. The ring can be inserted into the vagina or the anus.

Pleasure

Lube is indispensable!

Lube increases comfort during vaginal and anal sex and helps everything go more smoothly. With condoms, use a water- or silicone-based lubricant. Don’t hesitate to reapply! If you don’t have any on you, choose a lubricated condom.

Prevention

Flavoured or plain, a dental dam is a great prevention method.

A dental dam protects you from STIs during oral sex. It’s a latex sheet that you lay over your partner’s vulva or anus as a barrier if you want to go down on them. You can get them from pharmacies or in specialized shops, or you can make one yourself by cutting a condom in half.
